memories
Even though the COVID-19 pandemic put severe restrictions upon our social activities in 2020 it was still possible for small groups of people to visit places and attend happenings. In November I visited Eidsvollbygningen which is a historic manor house in Eidsvoll, north of Oslo, where the Constitution of Norway was established and signed May 17th 1814. The building is now a museum and open for visitors and guided tours. Here we see the guide, wearing a face mask, explaining the process of bread baking at this estate in the older days.
